Job Description
NeoWork is seeking a skilled Recruitment Assistant with proven experience in Healthcare Recruitment to support our client’s growing talent acquisition needs. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating healthcare professionals while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workable, Bullhorn, or similar).
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to onboarding assistance.
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and availability.
- Prepare concise candidate summaries and recruitment reports for internal and client review.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to meet hiring goals and quality standards.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, etc.).
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment or specialized healthcare roles (e.g., nurses, therapists, medical staff).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
