Our client creates and delivers timeless, high-quality jewelry pieces that inspire self-expression and are cherished by millions of customers worldwide.

As part of their growing customer experience team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers, ensuring a premium brand experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related inquiries.
  • Accurately log interactions and ensure follow-up is timely and effective.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
  • Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with technology and remote tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  • Rotational shifts are applied
