Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions / Closing Specialist (REMOTE)

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Reductions Specialist to negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens and support the resolution of personal injury cases.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions matters.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Litify.
• Prepare closing statements and related case documentation.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience.
• Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.
• Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm; Litify experience preferred.
