Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Own physical product development projects for our Beds portfolio across Europe, APAC and LATAM - from concept through to production
  • Work hands-on in SolidWorks (or equivalent 3D modelling tools) to design, iterate and validate physical products
  • Run project management and steering across the full development cycle, keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned
  • Manage product testing with external testing institutes and act on the results
  • Work directly with suppliers and manage relationships across our global manufacturing network
  • Collaborate closely with Category Management, Strategic Procurement, Quality, Production and Planning
  • Drive the diversification of our Beds category across APAC and LATAM markets
  • Who we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing/Production or Design Engineering
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience developing physical products - not software product management
  • Working proficiency in SolidWorks or an equivalent 3D modelling tool
  • Strong project management and time management skills - you keep multiple projects moving without being chased
  • Clear, concise communication and the ability to collaborate across functions and regions
  • The drive to learn a new domain from the ground up - nobody arrives already knowing beds and foam, and we will teach you
  • Fluent English. Conversational Mandarin is a plus, but it is not a requirement
  • What we offer:

  • The opportunity to create real impact, take ownership and accountability, and drive meaningful change.
  • Continuous learning and development through hands-on experience, mentoring, formal training, and access to tools such as our Learning Hub and Nilo.
  • A collaborative community of smart, driven people where you learn, contribute, and connect, every day and through team events.
  • A global environment, working daily with diverse perspectives across 4 offices and 70+ nationalities. 25 vacations days per year, with 1 extra day per year worked (until a limit of 30 days per year).
  • A flexible hybrid setup with up to 22 remote days per quarter, and offices in Gutleutviertel - Frankfurt.
