About the Role 
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Launch Managers in the successful opening and operational setup of Emma Owned & Operated stores across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, marketing, and logistics in a fast-paced, international environment.  

Responsibilities

What you'll do :

  • You will lead our online reputation improvement program, working closely with store managers to strengthen our online positioning, understand customer feedback, and turn insights into actions that improve the overall store experience.
  • You will support in-store customer research and consumer insights, identifying customer needs, behaviours, and pain points and translating them into concrete opportunities to improve the customer journey.
  • You will co-own the Customer Experience workstream of store launches, coordinating with different teams to ensure new stores are ready to deliver an outstanding customer experience from day one.
  • You will drive the improvement of our in-store customer experience, identifying opportunities across key touchpoints and supporting initiatives that make the experience more consistent, engaging, and customer-centric.
  • You will co-own the development of our Sleep Consultation offering, ensuring it is clearly visible to customers, consistently delivered in-store, and continuously improved by tracking performance and customer impact.
  • Who we are looking for :

  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. 
  • You are equipped with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • You are proficient in project management and capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting. 
  • You are skilled in communication and interpersonal interactions, enabling effective collaboration with external and internal teams across diverse locations. 
  • You are interested in retail, logistics, or marketing within a fast-growing industry. Previous experience in the retail sector is a plus. 
  • Given the scale of the project, we are looking for someone that is available for 6 months or more .
