Position Summary
The Manager, Product Marketing will be a strategic and hands-on contributor responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that bring AssistRx’s solutions to life. This role will translate complex healthcare technologies into clear, compelling value stories that resonate with healthcare providers, patients, and life sciences clients. The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead GTM Strategy: Develop and execute integrated product marketing plans that drive awareness, adoption, and retention across AssistRx’s product portfolio.
- Market Positioning: Craft differentiated messaging, positioning, and use cases based on market trends, buyer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Research & Insights: Conduct competitive, market, and customer research to identify emerging opportunities and optimize product strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales and Account Management to create impactful tools, talk tracks, and playbooks that accelerate deal velocity and improve retention.
- Launch Excellence: Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product launches—ensuring alignment from awareness to adoption.
- Thought Leadership: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce high-impact content that reinforces AssistRx’s position as a trusted leader in patient support technology.
- Analytics & Reporting: Define and track KPIs for marketing campaigns, measure performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Data, Sales, and Client teams to align marketing initiatives with company strategy and client needs.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, healthtech (SaaS), or patient support services.
- Proven Results: Demonstrated success leading go-to-market programs that achieve measurable growth.
- Marketing Expertise: Skilled in lifecycle marketing, ABM, content strategy, and buyer journey mapping.
- Tools & Platforms: Familiar with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Figma, Confluence, WordPress, Pendo, and social management or survey tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, SurveyMonkey).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex healthcare concepts for diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Adept at managing cross-functional projects and building alignment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Mindset: Data-driven, creative, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Preferred Extras
- Experience in a marketing or creative agency setting.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare marketing.
- Familiarity with UAT and demo environments to support product adoption initiatives.
