Loyalty Account Manager (Inside Sales)

Candidates must reside in EST/CST zones. Remote US only, candidates who live near an office location may work on a hybrid schedule. 

Compensation: $21.00 hr. + commission

As a Loyalty & Leasing Specialist, you'll help drive customer retention, renewals, and revenue growth through proactive customer outreach. You'll identify upgrade, leasing, and expansion opportunities, educate customers on solution benefits, and build lasting relationships that strengthen customer loyalty.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers to support renewals, leasing, and retention initiatives
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through outbound outreach
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs
• Present product, upgrade, and leasing solutions that deliver value
• Manage opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Track pipeline activity and contribute to renewal and revenue goals

• Experience in customer service, sales, renewals, account management, or business development
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Familiarity with sales tools, quoting processes, and performance metrics is a plus
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to identify growth opportunities
