From bespoke European adventures to exotic getaways, we take pride in every detail, ensuring every journey feels effortless and unforgettable.

I lead a close-knit team of passionate travel advisors and coordinators based in the U.S., and we love what we do. We work hard, laugh often, and share a genuine appreciation for quality, service, and creativity.

We’re looking for a Luxury Travel Coordinator - someone proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to support our travel advisors in delivering exceptional travel experiences. 

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero, managing the moving parts that turn a client’s dream trip into reality.

In this role, you will:

✈️ Support advisors with assigned travel coordination tasks
💻 Join remote team meetings and complete training on travel apps and systems
📧 Professionally communicate with hotels and clients to execute requests
🗂️ Manage and update reservations, payments, and client details in our database
📄 Create and organize electronic travel itineraries and departure documents
💳 Handle payments, quotes, and reservation details accurately
🌍 Gather quotes and assist agents behind the scenes
🙌 Step in to help cover for advisors who are out of the office
🚀 Stay one step ahead to make advisors more effective every day

🕒 Full-time role | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST (with flexibility as needed)

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

✅ Professional communication skills (written and spoken)
✅ Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
✅ Strong multitasking and time management abilities
✅ Experience using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail)
✅ 2+ years of travel industry experience
✅ Reliable phone and secure Wi-Fi connection
✅ Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
✅ Strong follow-through and organization skills
✅ Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
