In this role, you will work closely with Riskified’s tech departments to strengthen organizational effectiveness and accelerate talent development. You will assess departments’ learning and OD needs and work closely with tech leadership, HRBPs, L&amp;OD team members, and 3rd party vendors to design and execute high-impact solutions.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Partner with managers and department leaders to identify capability gaps and organizational development opportunities.</li> <li>Work with SMEs and external vendors to design effective solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate with HRBPs to support change management in the departments.</li> <li>Facilitate skills workshops and training sessions (on-site and virtual)</li> <li>Support employees' development plans by spearheading talent development initiatives.</li> <li>Monitor, measure, and assess L&amp;OD program’s effectiveness and impact.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in L&amp;OD roles in a tech company - Must.</li> <li>Experience in supporting tech-driven teams - a big advantage!</li> <li>Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>Knowledge of learning concepts, methodologies, and best practices.</li> <li>Proven experience in conducting needs assessments and designing learning solutions.</li> <li>Workshop facilitation experience.</li> <li>Strong project management and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Fast learner, curious and resourceful.</li> <li>A team player with a “can-do” approach.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Life at Riskified</strong></h2> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 750+ team members globally.
