Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Windows Server administration and Azure DevOps to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in automating, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability and performance for mission-critical systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
8 to 10 years of experience in DevOps engineering or a similar role.
Strong expertise in Windows Server administration (2012/2016/2019/2022), including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Proficient in Azure DevOps – Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts.
Hands-on experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, YAML).
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure – VM management, networking, storage, Azure Monitor, etc.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, App Insights
Understanding of DevSecOps and implementing security controls in pipelines.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment.
