About the Project

You will join a high-performance digital delivery team working with a global consumer goods company on a large-scale technology transformation program. Our team operates in an agile, AI-first environment, managing multiple delivery streams simultaneously and interfacing directly with business stakeholders in Mexico and across the Americas.

This role requires someone based in Colombia, given the Spanish-language stakeholder engagement in Mexico and the timezone alignment with our client's operational rhythm. You will also work closely with CI&T's internal delivery leadership, so fluent English is essential for day-to-day collaboration across our international team.

What You Will Do

As a Scrum Master on this team, you will be responsible for driving agile ceremonies and delivery discipline across a focused squad working on multiple features and platform initiatives in parallel. You will act as the connective layer between client stakeholders, the internal CI&T team, and delivery outcomes — keeping priorities clear, blockers visible, and the team moving.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and structuring Sprints, including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups with CI&T teams and the client
• Managing and communicating roadmap progress, tracking multiple delivery threads simultaneously in tools such as Smartsheet
• Participating in client status meetings and reporting progress in a clear, structured way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bridging business, technical, and process perspectives to ensure the team stays aligned on client goals
• Adapting quickly to a highly fluid environment with frequent prioritization shifts
• Supporting team members' development and continuous improvement practices
• Leveraging AI tools actively in your day-to-day work — for meeting transcripts, agile summaries, root cause analysis, and workflow automation. An AI-first mindset is a must; we expect you to propose and implement new ways to automate repetitive processes as you identify them

What We Are Looking For

• Experience as a Scrum Master — you should be ready to operate independently from day one, without intensive coaching
• Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies in complex, multi-workstream environments
• Experience managing roadmaps and delivery plans with high visibility to stakeholders
• Ability to build rapport with clients and navigate conversations with both business and technical audiences
• Experience working in international contracts and high-performance agile teams
• Spanish — required for stakeholder engagement with the Mexico-based client team
• English — fluent, required for internal CI&T communication and broader program alignment
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI adoption: you use AI tools regularly and look for opportunities to bring them into your workflows

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in staff augmentation or embedded team models within large enterprise clients
• Familiarity with AI orchestration concepts and agentic workflows (not as a developer, but as a practitioner who understands what they enable)
• Experience supporting delivery manager succession or acting as a senior reference within a squad
