[Job - 32575] .NET Developer Senior, Brazil

We are hiring a .NET Developer to join an established engineering team working on a healthcare insurance technology project. The project helps insurance companies manage customer data and processes like underwriting, enrollment, eligibility, and policies.

You will work with senior engineers and technical leaders on full-stack development (frontend and backend), APIs, and system integrations. You should have strong .NET skills, work well with others, and be comfortable using AI tools to improve your productivity and code quality.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain application features using .NET and C#
• Build frontend (UI), backend, and API code based on project needs
• Create and maintain integrations with enterprise systems and external platforms
• Work with senior engineers on technical decisions, code reviews, and implementation
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (automated testing and deployment)
• Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up work, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Write clean, well-organized, and testable code following established patterns
• Participate in Agile meetings and collaborative problem-solving sessions
• Troubleshoot application issues and help ensure integrations work reliably

What You Need to Know

• Professional experience developing applications with C# and .NET
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Understanding of full-stack application development (frontend and backend)
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns (how different systems work together)
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development
• Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD practices
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with senior engineers
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools, or willingness to learn them
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Advanced English skills for both spoken and written communication. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating enterprise applications (CRM, middleware, policy administration platforms)
• Exposure to Salesforce, MuleSoft, or IBM enterprise technologies
• Experience with complex business workflows or data-intensive applications
• Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance)
• Familiarity with cloud environments and modern deployment practices
• Experience working in teams that use AI tools in software development
