Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and API contracts for a new partner-facing integration layer.
• Facilitate discovery and deep-dive sessions with client stakeholders to clarify open business rules and edge cases.
• Translate business rules into detailed functional specifications for the development team.
• Maintain and evolve business flow documentation (process/flow diagrams with swimlanes).
• Partner with the Software Architect and development team to validate that implementation matches business intent.
• Track open decisions and questions, and drive them to resolution with the client's business stakeholders.
• Support QA in defining acceptance criteria and test scenarios based on documented flows.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with partner-facing, realtor-facing, or B2B2C portal products.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) as a source system.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on software integration or platform projects.
• Experience writing detailed functional specs and API-level requirements for engineering teams.
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working with process/flow diagrams (BPMN or equivalent).
• Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services (loan origination systems, MISMO, TRID/RESPA).
• Fluent English (C1) — daily direct communication with a US-based client team.
