[Job - 31492] Senior UX Designer, Brazil

At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior UX Designer to join our team in Brasil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:

As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a strategic role in shaping exceptional, human-centered digital experiences that seamlessly blend user needs with business objectives. You will lead the end-to-end UX process—from deep research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into intuitive, elegant, and accessible solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead User Research & Discovery: Execute comprehensive user research activities, including stakeholder interviews and behavioral analytics reviews to drive data-informed design decisions.
• Develop Wireframes & Information Architecture: Create low-fidelity wireframes and detailed user flows that ensure intuitive navigation and seamless user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
• Prototype & Conduct Usability Testing: Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions, and lead usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iteratively refine designs.
• Champion Accessibility & Inclusive Design: Ensure all designs comply with WCAG guidelines and accessibility standards to create inclusive digital experiences for all users.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with product managers and researchers to translate technical and business constraints into highly intuitive design solutions, effectively defending UX decisions to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-have Skills:

• 5+ years of proven experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong track record of delivering complex, user-centered digital products.
• Expertise in Scalable Design Systems: Experience in contributing to and maintaining reusable UI components, patterns, and documentation to ensure platform-wide consistency.
• Advanced Prototyping Skills: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Framer, or Principle to design micro-interactions and transitions.
• Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development during handoff.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Familiarity with design systems and methodologies that enhance collaboration and innovation.
