[Job-31450] Senior Product Manager, Brazil

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategic planning, roadmap structuring, and product vision for an international project. You will navigate a highly technical environment focused on product refactoring, ensuring that the strategic direction aligns with our business goals, client needs, and user preferences to deliver successful and competitive solutions.

Responsibilities

Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory, as you will collaborate daily with cross-functional international teams and clients.

Strategic Planning & Roadmap Structuring: Take ownership of building, defining, and prioritizing the product roadmap and strategy, acting as the visionary who guides the direction rather than executing the daily development tasks.

Ownership & Independence: A self-driven profile comfortable with owning complex and technical discoveries end-to-end — someone who can figure out how to understand unfamiliar domains and fill knowledge gaps autonomously.

Technical Partnership: Deep experience collaborating with engineering teams to navigate technical feasibility and ensure optimal implementation of features.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled at analyzing complex data sets to validate hypotheses, prioritize demands, and support strategic product moves.

Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and global business stakeholders. Comfortable with client interactions and presentations.

Documentation & Alignment: Create comprehensive product documentation to ensure absolute clarity and strategic alignment across all the cross-functional teams responsible for execution.

Requirements for this challenge:

Proven experience as a Product Manager in tech environments, with a strong focus on defining, building, and planning product strategies and roadmaps for international projects.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience structuring clear goals and scopes for cross-functional teams to execute.

A self-driven individual comfortable taking ownership of product discovery and strategic planning autonomously in a remote, international setting.

Nice to Have

Market & User Discovery: Conduct research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and user needs to inform your strategic planning.

Technical background or previous experience in software engineering to facilitate deep technical planning discussions.

Knowledge of the SAFe framework and experience with Agile at scale.

Experience designing strategies for AI integrations, automation workflows, or the /Flow ecosystem.
