About the Role
Based in Brazil, this role combines hands-on Marketing Operations leadership with performance analysis and continuous improvement. You will manage and develop a small Marketing Operations function supporting North America while remaining closely involved in reporting, funnel management, campaign operations, lead engagement, process improvement, and day-to-day problem solving.
A key focus is creating a connected view of marketing performance across website, social, campaigns, email, search, events, CRM, marketing automation, ABM, nurture, funnel, and pipeline. You will help leadership understand what is working, where there are gaps, and where to optimize, while partnering closely with Sales, Demand Generation, ABM, and other marketing functions
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Leadership
- Lead and develop the Brazil-based Marketing Operations function supporting North America.
- Establish clear workflows, intake processes, priorities, timelines, and operational standards.
- Remain hands-on in reporting, campaign support, process improvement, and day-to-day problem solving.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve processes for greater efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Bring together performance data across marketing channels, programs, audiences, and funnel stages to provide a holistic view of marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze engagement, lead quality, conversion, account activity, and pipeline contribution.
- Monitor key funnel metrics including MQL, SAL, opportunity, conversion, and pipeline performance.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and translate them into clear recommendations for Marketing leadership.
- Improve frameworks for lead quality, scoring, routing, lifecycle progression, and nurture performance.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to strengthen lead stages, handoffs, follow-up, and data consistency.
- Identify gaps in lead progression and recommend improvements.
- Establish consistent measurement standards across campaigns, account engagement, nurture, and funnel performance.
- Develop reporting that shows what is driving engagement, lead quality, conversion, and pipeline progression.
- Partner with Demand Generation and ABM leads on measurement and performance insights, while they retain ownership of campaign strategy and activation.
- Support and optimize marketing automation, CRM, ABM/intent, analytics, and related platforms.
- Improve integrations, data flows, reporting, and operational processes.
- Use AI and automation to reduce manual work, accelerate analysis, and improve efficiency.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with strong hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Marketing Operations, marketing performance, campaign operations, or a related function.
- Direct people management experience with a track record of coaching and developing team members.
- Advanced to fluent English for daily collaboration with North America-based stakeholders and leadership.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead lifecycle management, campaign measurement, and Marketing-Sales processes.
- Experience analyzing multi-channel marketing performance and translating data into actionable business recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and/or ABM platforms such as HubSpot, 6sense, Pipedrive, or similar.
- Experience supporting Demand Generation, ABM, integrated marketing, events, or digital programs from an operations, measurement, or performance perspective.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Based in or able to work hybrid from Campinas or São Paulo, Brazil.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, consulting, digital services, or another complex B2B environment.
- Experience with website analytics, social performance, SEO, GEO, AEO, or other digital performance metrics.
- Experience applying AI tools to marketing operations, analytics, reporting, or automation.
- Experience working within global, distributed, or cross-border marketing organizations.
