[Job-31399] Mid -Level QA Automation

At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA Automation to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming, and multicultural environment.

As a Senior QA Automation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our software products. Your expertise in automated testing will drive the creation of robust solutions while collaborating with talented cross-functional teams. Your work will ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality applications that meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, Pytest or similar.
Identify, document, and track defects in a bug-tracking system.
Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
Implement best practices in testing and quality assurance.
Continuously improve test processes and automation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Perform back-end testing to validate API, and server-side components or responses.

Requirements:
Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Experience with test case management tools such as TestRail, Jira, or similar.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to Have:
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.
Exposure to API testing and security testing.
ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
