[Job - 31098] Mid-Level UI/UX Designer, Brazil

We are digital specialists impacting some of the world’s most valuable brands. We’re looking for a UX / Product Designer to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and deliver intuitive, user-centered digital products. You will own design problems end-to-end — from user research and concept to interactive prototypes and handoff — helping drive business outcomes through great design.

Must-Have Skills (Required)

• Product UX Experience: proven track record designing successful digital products and services.
• User-Centered Design: strong knowledge of UX principles, user research methods, personas and user journeys.
• Design Tools: proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, or similar.
• Prototyping Tools: experience with InVision, Figma prototyping, Origami, Axure, or similar tools.
• Visual Design Foundations: solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout and interface design.
• Research & Validation: experience planning and running user research, usability testing and synthesizing insights.
• Collaboration & Handoff: ability to create specs and documentation for engineering handoff and work closely with engineers and product teams.
• Communication: strong verbal and visual storytelling skills to present and justify design decisions.
• Language: fluent English.

Key Responsibilities

• Define design requirements in collaboration with product, engineering and research stakeholders.
• Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications and other UX deliverables.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors; develop personas and journeys.
• Design intuitive interfaces and interactive prototypes to validate concepts and drive alignment.
• Ensure consistency by following brand guidelines and design systems.
• Own design problems end-to-end — from concept through delivery and post-launch iteration.
• Identify opportunities and act as a strategic design partner to product and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate team discussions that drive decisions and align priorities.

Nice to Have (Differentials)

• Strong visual/interface design and information design skills.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Experience producing detailed documentation for development handoff.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS to improve collaboration with development teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional design sessions.
