We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and supporting business decisions through analytics, visualization, and data quality best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Exploration

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reports.
• Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Visualization & Communication

• Create clear and informative visualizations, charts, and reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a concise and understandable manner.

Data Quality & Governance

• Ensure data integrity and quality by identifying and resolving inconsistencies and errors.
• Develop and implement data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes.
• Contribute to the maintenance of data dictionaries, data catalogs, and analytical documentation.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver analytical solutions.
• Partner with data engineers and data scientists to optimize data processes and information flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, or similar.
• Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration.
• Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into business insights.
• Ability to communicate in English ( oral, written and spoken )

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Experience in corporate Business Intelligence and Analytics environments.
• Familiarity with data governance and data documentation practices.
