About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python, React, AWS, and modern cloud technologies to join our growing engineering team.

You'll play a key role in designing and building scalable applications, mentoring engineers, driving technical excellence, and collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable software solutions and system improvements.
• Build modern web applications using Python and React/Next.js.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
• Build and support cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams in an Agile environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Strong experience with Python (Required)
• Experience with React and/or Next.js
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices
• Strong understanding of Software Architecture and System Design
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis/Valkey
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including:
  • API Gateway
  • Lambda
  • EC2
  • ECS
  • S3
  • Amazon SQS
  • Amazon SES
• Experience with CircleCI and Serverless Framework
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and production support
• Experience working in Agile teams
