[Job-30587] Senior FullStack Developer (NodeJS + C#), Brazil

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience in full-stack development, strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
and server-side languages (C# and Node.js are required).
• Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (React is required).
• Experience in AWS RDS services (Aurora/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS and Cloud deployment.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (Circle CI and AWS CDK).
• Familiarity with version control systems and their platforms (Git and GitHub are required).
• Good understanding of designing RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of micro-service and event-driven architectures.
• Best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Understanding of implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.

• Advanced English for conversation.

Skills:

• Strong algorithm design, logical and reasoning skills.
• Ability to deliver POCs, MVPs, Experiments, technology evaluations following design-thinking practices.
• Ability to orchestrate efforts needed to prioritize business initiatives across complex change agendas.
• Excellent communication, and work in a team environment to collaborate with other Developers, Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Infrastructure teams.
• Problem solving skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices for new projects.
• Contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices within the team.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other Stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Identify and propose solutions for technical debt and system improvements.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
