[Job-30439] Senior Business Analyst, Brazil

We are looking for someone to work as a Senior Business Analyst in one of our international teams!
Your Mission
As a Business Analyst at CI&T, you will be the bridge between our clients' business needs and the technological solutions developed by our engineering teams. We are looking for someone who applies an agile mindset and Lean thinking to transform complex problems into clear user stories, ensuring continuous value delivery.
Core Responsibilities
Facilitation and Collaboration: Work in direct collaboration with Product Owners (POs), stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to understand and map the user journey and business objectives.
Requirements Engineering: Practice active listening to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into functional technical specifications.
Backlog Management: Write clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria (using BDD/Gherkin, for example), supporting backlog prioritization.
Value-Driven Vision: Ensure the development team understands the purpose of each delivery and its impact on the client's business.
Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in the client's current processes and propose continuous improvements based on data and service design best practices.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Experience
Overall experience: 8+ years in IT.
Technical Skills

• Business & Functional Analysis: Understand business and technical requirements;

  - Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and process improvements.
  - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
  - Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  - Support Agile development processes, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
  - Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization in business processes.
  Planning & Tracking
  Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
  Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, task management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  Soft Skills
  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with ability to independently engage all stakeholders at onsite and offshore.

Differentials (Good to Have)
Good technical knowledge (notions of APIs, databases, or systems architecture) to facilitate communication with developers.
Certifications in agility or business analysis (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO, PMI-PBA, CBAP).
