As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing dynamic web applications, leveraging technologies like React and Node.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client needs, while embracing our core values of Collaboration, Innovation, and Transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
Maintain and enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to a robust development process.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with Java and Spring Boot
