Mission:
Own the end-to-end test strategy and execution to ensure each release meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and maintain test plans, traceability, and entry/exit criteria.
Write and execute manual and automated tests (functional, regression, exploratory).
Collaborate with teams on shared suites (API tests in Postman, automation scripts review).
Integrate and monitor tests in CI/CD pipelines (shift-left approach)
Coordinate test data/environments with DevOps, manage fixtures/stubs.
Log detailed, reproducible bug reports and assist in defect triage.
Provide test results and release readiness reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with any automation framework (Playwright/JavaScript preferred). *automation experience is a must have*
Experience with manual testing with Databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
Familiarity with JMeter for backend automation
Understanding of the testing pyramid and types: Smoke, UI, API, Regression, Accessibility.
Knowledge of metrics, dashboards, and QA reporting tools.
Familiarity with Git, SQL, Postman, and Jira/Scrum processes.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD and Continuous Validation pipelines.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders and present to leadership.
Strong English (upper-intermediate or above) for interactions with our client and multicultural team.
Nice-to-have Skills:
Experience with JMeter (load/performance testing).
Ability to configure initial automation projects.
Experience with database automation projects
