At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment, driven by our commitment to Collaboration, Innovation, and Transformation.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will lead the migration of a Node (Express) application into a .NET framework, creating like-for-like API endpoints while converting logic from stored procedures to code using the Dapper ORM. You will be part of a dynamic team that emphasizes high-quality deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Migrate legacy .NET and SQL-based systems to modern services and APIs (Java / Node.js).
- Develop and maintain backend logic, ETL data services, and frontend components using React.
- Collaborate with QA teams to integrate Postman test collections and Playwright automation scripts.
- Support both manual and automated testing workflows, including complex “lot-to-subdivision” validation flows.
- Participate in pipeline design and data synchronization across multiple environments.
- Optimize and troubleshoot database queries and performance issues.
- Leverage Copilot / AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery where appropriate.
