One of our clients operates prominently in the financial sector, where we enhance operations across their extensive network of 150,000 workstations and support a workforce of 4,500 employees. Our IT solutions ensure streamlined processes and heightened security, enabling them to maintain leadership in financial technology.

Ensure code excellence: Write high-quality code that complies with all requirements and actively contribute to the code review process.
Boost innovation: Apply the latest Java features to introduce advanced capabilities and drive innovation in applications.
Support modern deployment practices: Collaborate with DevOps teams to containerize and deploy applications, and support CI/CD pipeline integration
Contribute to strong engineering standards: Participate in architectural discussions and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality engineering practices
Requirements
Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Good knowledge of Java 8 or above and the associated patterns (e.g. SOLID principles, Design Patterns)
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Web Services (REST) and persistence frameworks (JPA, Hibernate) using relational databases
- Hands-on experience with hexagonal architecture and domain driven design and working with a microservices architecture
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (debugging, source control)
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result.
Nice to have:
- Experience with any Cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Good understanding of Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools for automated build and deployment
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms
