Your Role

As a Business Development intern for FINN Stations, you will play a key part in building up our first-ever physical FINN Station - the place where our customers will be able to pick up & return their FINN cars in the future. This highly entrepreneurial role, allows you to work hands-on in the daily operations while having the opportunity to shape processes on the ground & develop a vision for the long-term customer experience.

Work closely with our leadership team, drive cross-functional impact and help create an exciting & scalable customer journey in one of FINN’s most exciting concepts!  -> immediate start preferred

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations at the FINN station: From setting up a delightful FINN Station that makes every visit special to ensuring smooth and professional handovers to creating process documentation and KPI dashboards: At FINN you will get full responsibility from day one and have a critical impact on how we shape the future of our company.
  • Shape the Customer Experience: You will play a key part in defining and setting up the customer journey. After launch, you establish a constant feedback loop based on your learnings, quickly iterating towards the best possible version.
  • Work with external partners: To let our vision come to life, you will continuously support in establishing scalable partnerships and negotiating the best possible outcomes.
