Job Description

We’re looking for an Internal SEO Content Writer to create content that drives visibility, engagement, and conversions.

You’ll write blog posts, guides, and landing pages that attract both potential clients and top talent. The ideal candidate knows how to balance SEO best practices with brand voice — producing content that ranks and reads well.

What You’ll Work On

  • Write SEO-optimized articles, landing pages, and blog content for internal marketing
  • Conduct keyword research and identify topics that align with company goals
  • Update and repurpose existing content to improve rankings and engagement
  • Work with marketing and design teams to align visuals and copy for campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine SEO strategy
  • Maintain an understanding of recruitment and global hiring trends

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience writing SEO or content marketing copy
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and content structure
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt tone to different audiences

Nice to Have

  • Experience writing for HR, recruitment, or SaaS audiences
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or content publishing systems
  • Understanding of conversion copywriting or UX writing
