Job Description

We’re looking for an Internal Marketing Recruiter to help us identify, engage, and hire world-class marketing talent for our internal teams.

You’ll work closely with leadership to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and building a strong pipeline of marketers who can support our growth. This role requires creativity, organization, and strong communication skills to ensure every hire is the right fit for both skill and culture.

What You’ll Work On

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for marketing roles (content, paid media, design, strategy, etc.)
  • Collaborate with team leads to define hiring needs and role requirements
  • Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on skill and culture fit
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure smooth communication throughout the process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help improve our candidate experience

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within marketing or creative industries
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Experience using ATS or recruitment tools (Workable, BreezyHR, or similar)
  • A proactive mindset and comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for agency or SaaS environments
  • Knowledge of remote hiring and global markets
  • Familiarity with content, growth, or performance marketing roles
