Scope of the Role

You will be responsible for producing high-quality vector-based artwork and preparing complex, multi-layered files for outputs across print, digital, and merchandise. The ideal candidate combines technical mastery with creative vision, ensuring consistency and excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create precise, high-quality vector illustrations, icons, and production assets using Adobe Illustrator.
• Develop artwork that balances realism and cartoon-inspired styles, reflecting our brand aesthetic.
• Manage and optimize complex Photoshop files (100+ layers) with a focus on non-destructive editing.
• Deliver production-ready files across print, digital, and merchandise formats.
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine concepts, meet project objectives, and maintain high standards.
• Organize assets for efficient workflows, including layer structuring, file naming, and exporting.
• Stay current with design trends and AI-powered tools to enhance creative output.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, illustration, and production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong ability to draw realistically, our style blends cartoon and realism.
• Portfolio showcasing vector-based illustration and layered file work.
• Experience in production design (print, web, branding assets).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and file management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in branding, packaging, or advertising.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects.
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
