You are a Go High Level (GHL) expert who thrives on creating scalable, automated systems that just work. You understand the full spectrum of GHL capabilities — from funnels and CRM to messaging, AI workflows, and affiliates — and you can translate business requirements into seamless, “set-and-forget” builds. You’re detail-oriented, documentation-driven, and obsessed with reliability, compliance, and quality.

You are:

• Experienced in advanced GHL architecture and builds.
• Able to combine strategy with hands-on execution.
• A strong communicator who can train and enable others.
• Comfortable working independently in a high-performance, remote-first team.

Role Overview

The Go High Level Officer owns the Company’s entire HighLevel stack: architecture → build → QA → enablement. This includes delivering automated campaigns, funnels, websites, CRM integrations, messaging, payments, memberships, affiliates, and AI-enabled workflows — all with a focus on speed, compliance, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Governance: Sub-accounts, snapshots, permissions, billing/rebilling, SaaS/white-label setup.
• Funnels & Sites: Websites, funnels, blogs, forms/surveys, payments, invoices, product integrations.
• Messaging & AI: Workflow design (triggers/actions), AI conversation bots, LC Phone/Voice AI, SMS/email/WhatsApp campaigns with high deliverability.
• Social & Reviews: Social Planner scheduling, reputation management.
• Affiliates: Campaign setup, links, tiers, payouts, and reporting.
• CRM & Calendars: Pipelines, tasks, automated reminders, round-robin calendars, no-show automations.
• Quality & Compliance: QC workflows, rollback plans, MFA/least-privilege, consent/logs, compliance monitoring.
• Enablement: Documentation, SOPs, training playbooks, and request templates for internal teams.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL).
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation, API/webhooks, and campaign attribution.
• Deliverability and call-compliance literacy.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder training, and QA skills.
