Client Summary:

Our client is a leading Australian platform that simplifies how people manage, monitor, and reduce their household bills. They offer an all-in-one solution that combines advanced technology and personalized support to automatically find savings, switch providers, and stay on top of recurring expenses. Their platform is focused on delivering smart financial outcomes for users by leveraging data, automation, and a seamless user experience.

Role:

We're seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to join Client’s product development team. This role is ideal for someone from a SaaS, fintech, or similarly fast-paced background who can hit the ground running. You'll play a key part in building and enhancing scalable, user-friendly web applications while also integrating AI features to improve financial outcomes for users. You must be a self-starter, a clear communicator in English, and confident working independently in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications focused on performance and user experience

· Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks

· Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js

· Implement secure and efficient storage using AWS S3

· Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases

· Collaborate with UX/UI, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure product quality

· Integrate AI learning models or features to enhance user value

· Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack issues while maintaining clean, testable code

· Participate in Agile development processes and use Git for version control

Requirements:

· 5–8+ years in full stack development roles

· Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex digital environments

· Strong skills in React, Node.js, and REST APIs

· Proficiency with PostgreSQL and AWS S3

· Excellent front-end capabilities (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)

· Fluent English communication skills

· Ability to work independently and proactively

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git-based workflows

Nice to Have:

· Experience with AI or machine learning integration

· PHP knowledge

· Tertiary qualifications in Commerce

· Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
