About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Admin to join our team. As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customise Salesforce to meet the needs of the business
- Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets
- Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, and process automation
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices
- Provide training and support to end users as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and Process Automation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
