{"Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field","3–5 years of experience in QA automation or SDET roles","Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript)","Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, etc.)","Experience working with MongoDB and relational databases","Exposure to AI-driven testing solutions and familiarity with emerging AI testing practices","Background in the healthcare or insurance domain preferred","HIPAA certification or strong understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements","Deep understanding of QA methodologies, test strategies, and SDLC processes","Experience with CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and system integrations","Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills","Proven experience in mentoring and leading QA team members (QA testers, SDETs)","Strong communication and collaboration abilities"}
