Job Overview

We’re helping our client, a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand, find a Logistics & Fulfillment Manager to take full ownership of logistics and fulfillment operations. In this role, you’ll ensure stock, suppliers, and 3PL partners run smoothly as the business scales from $1M/month to $10M+/month in revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Forecast stock needs, manage purchase orders, and maintain optimal inventory levels as the company scales.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee manufacturing, freight, and customs processes to prevent delays or stockouts.
• Fulfillment & 3PL Oversight: Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Data & Reporting: Build and monitor inventory dashboards to track stock movement and performance metrics.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve bottlenecks across production, shipping, or delivery.

Must-Have:

• 5–10+ years in e-commerce logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Proven experience managing international freight, 3PLs, and factory relationships.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven.
• Comfortable working directly with founders in fast-growth DTC brands.
