Job Description
The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent (Fresh Graduate welcome)
- Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated, able to multitask and able to work under pressure
- The habit of paying painstaking attention to details, correct data and following procedures meticulously
- Proficient in Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Table)
- Prior experience in digital assets is a plus
- Immediate availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in transferring of funds across various accounts
- Coordinate finance operations with internal and external parties
- Cross check transactions record assuring data integrity
- Execute the handling process as specified consistently
- Manage the account transitioning process to completion
- Monitor and maintain accounts to the appropriate levels
- Stay updated with the latest changes in products, processes and knowledge base
- Identify and differentiate the vast amount of crypto assets in the fast-changing market
- Investigate and resolve transactions involving internal and external parties
- Cross-check card product’s transactions and benefits
- Communicate and guide internal teams concisely to achieve the desired result
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
