Purpose of Job:

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative support to 3–4 senior leaders at Equitable Bank. You will manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communications with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also collaborate with other Executive Assistants on special projects as needed, gaining exposure to broader initiatives while contributing to the success of the executive team.

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Concur).
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred.

The incumbent will be working hybrid and in office time will be spent working from Equitable Bank’s additional office space located at 2200-25 Ontario Street, Toronto, ON.
