Entrepreneurial Coach - Client Success Manager

Our client is seeking a passionate and results-driven Entrepreneurial Coach to join their remote team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 40 founders, guiding them through proven systems for audience growth and brand building. Your primary focus will be to help founders achieve breakthrough results within 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 25 weekly coaching calls, providing strategic guidance, accountability, and motivation.
• Support founders in implementing growth strategies to reach $20K+ in monthly revenue within their first 90 days.
• Foster community engagement by celebrating wins, maintaining high activity levels, and ensuring milestone achievement via the their platform.
• Track and report key success metrics, including TrustPilot reviews, case studies, and client success stories.
• Collaborate with the internal team to continuously optimize the founder journey.

Requirements:

• South Africa-based candidate available to work UK hours (12 PM - 8 PM SAST).
• 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Coaching.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• A charismatic and engaging presence—comfortable leading coaching-style conversations.
• Ability to motivate, challenge, and drive clients toward measurable outcomes.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with a strong track record of delivering client success.
