Job Overview:

We’re helping our client, a fast-growing, science-backed skincare brand, find a Email & Landing Page Designer to create high-performing, beautifully branded digital experiences.

In this role, you’ll focus primarily on email campaign design and landing page creation, while occasionally supporting social graphics, website updates, and Amazon content. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize assets that align with the brand and drive conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build visually compelling emails that align with brand standards and drive engagement and conversions.

• Create and optimize landing pages that communicate key offers, product launches, and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure your designs are accurately implemented across devices and browsers.
• Translate creative briefs into thoughtful, conversion-focused designs that enhance user experience.
• Partner with the marketing team to test, analyze, and iterate on creative assets for performance improvement.
• Support other design needs such as social media graphics, web visuals, and Amazon storefront updates when needed.
• Clearly articulate design rationale and present ideas effectively to stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience in digital or e-commerce design, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle space.
• Proven expertise in email and landing page design (experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Good understanding of responsive design, UX/UI, and conversion-driven creative.
• Ability to work closely with developers, providing clear direction and organized design assets.
• Strong communication and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus but not required.
