About the Role

You will be successful in this role if you can support our clients with creative, organized, and high-quality marketing and social media strategies and optimization. This is a 100 % remote, full-time position (Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm EST).

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement effective Digital Marketing or Social Media strategies.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms.
• Manage daily social media activities and campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.

• 1 – 3 years of marketing support or social media experience.
• Familiar with Canva, Mailchimp, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
