Digital Marketing Executive (Content, WordPress & Social Media)

We are seeking a versatile, proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join a premier UK-based digital marketing agency that specializes in scaling private healthcare, medical, aesthetic, and wellness practices. The client helps clinics, surgeons, and healthcare professionals establish a powerful digital presence that drives patient inquiries, builds authority, and elevates brand reputation across search and social platforms.
In this broad, all-around marketing role, you will support multiple client accounts by building and publishing blog articles, managing social media channels, handling light Canva graphics design, and keeping WordPress sites updated. While deep technical development isn't required, you should be a strong communicator with a sharp eye for content layout, on-page SEO, and modern AI productivity workflows.

Part-time: 20 hours per week (with opportunity to grow into full-time)
Remote: Fully remote (UK working hours)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (client based in the UK)
Monthly Rate: $600-720 (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:

• WordPress Content Publishing & Site Maintenance: Format, build, and publish blog articles, landing pages, and content updates using WordPress page builders (such as Elementor). Perform basic site maintenance, light troubleshooting, and ensure all site content displays flawlessly across mobile and desktop.
• Content Creation & AI Efficiency: Write, edit, and optimize engaging website copy, articles, and marketing assets. Utilize AI tools (like Claude or ChatGPT) to accelerate research, content generation, and ideation while maintaining high editorial standards and authentic client brand voices.
• Social Media Management & Asset Design: Develop monthly content calendars, write compelling captions, and design eye-catching social media graphics, carousels, and Reels using Canva for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• On-Page SEO Execution: Apply core SEO principles—including keyword placement, metadata adjustments, internal linking, and image optimization—to maximize organic search visibility.
• Multi-Channel Content Repurposing: Efficiently adapt core long-form assets (like medical or aesthetic blog posts) into digestible social posts, email updates, and visual infographics across multiple channels.

Role Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a broad digital marketing or agency role managing multiple client deliverables simultaneously.
• Solid hands-on experience updating WordPress websites, adding new pages/blogs, and navigating page builders (e.g., Elementor).
• Flawless written English skills with a strong eye for tone, editing, and storytelling.
• Experience designing clean, professional visual assets, social media graphics, and featured blog images using Canva.
• Clear understanding of keyword optimization, site formatting, and content structure best practices.

Nice-to-haves:

• Interest or experience in health, medical, aesthetics, wellness, longevity, or lifestyle industries.
• Active experience using Claude or ChatGPT for content workflows.
• Experience with social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, SEMrush).
