A Queensland-based Australian mortgage brokerage dedicated to simplifying the home loan process for clients is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to support the end-to-end processing of loan applications, working closely with brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure a seamless and efficient experience from initial submission through to settlement.
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Work Set-Up: Fully remote, Independent Contractor
Work Hours: AEST
Monthly Salary: $960-1600

What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare, review, and process loan applications from initial submission through to settlement.
- Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to obtain, verify, and manage all required documentation.
- Accurately input and maintain client records within Infynity CRM and associated platforms (Trello, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp).
- Monitor application progress, proactively follow up on outstanding requirements, and ensure compliance with lender policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate submissions and manage processes through aggregator platforms, including Finsure.
- Identify potential issues early in the application process and take initiative to implement timely solutions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Mortgage Broker as required.
- Prepare and manage compliance documentation, ensuring all files meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Follow up with clients to obtain missing documents, signatures, and additional information in a timely manner.
- Track critical dates and deadlines to ensure smooth and efficient settlements.
- Conduct data entry, valuations, loan processing, credit input, and preliminary credit analysis.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and financial information at all times.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Loan Processor.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, work independently, and problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using cloud-based systems, CRMs, and digital collaboration tools.
- Self-motivated and confident in taking initiative rather than simply following instructions.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and upskill, particularly in credit analysis.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to going above and beyond to achieve team outcomes.
- Familiarity with the Australian mortgage industry and lender requirements.
- Experience using Infynity CRM and aggregator platforms such as Finsure.
