We’re looking for a Client Success Manager (SEO & Growth Operations) who can own relationships with enterprise-level customers, ensuring projects run smoothly, communication stays clear, and deliverables align with client goals.

You’ll work directly with key clients to manage strategy execution across SEO, paid media, and operations teams — acting as the bridge between the delivery teams and senior stakeholders. This role is for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, loves building strong relationships, and can manage complex marketing workflows with precision and empathy.

What You’ll Work On

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise and key clients
  • Lead weekly or bi-weekly client meetings, providing updates on campaign progress, performance, and next steps
  • Communicate effectively between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on priorities
  • Build trust through proactive communication, strategic insights, and consistent delivery

Account Operations & Delivery

  • Coordinate across SEO, Paid Media, and Content teams to ensure timely and high-quality outputs
  • Track progress on ongoing deliverables and surface blockers early to maintain project momentum
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand, quality, and performance standards before client delivery
  • Assist in defining project scopes, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with leadership

Reporting & Insights

  • Review and synthesize performance data into actionable client updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce strategic reports that highlight wins, learnings, and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate documentation, task tracking, and reporting dashboards

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in client success, account management, or delivery management (preferably in digital marketing or SEO)
  • Experience working with enterprise or high-growth clients
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and content operations workflows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — written, verbal, and client-facing
  • Proficiency with tools like Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or agency environments
  • Familiarity with performance tracking tools such as Looker Studio, Airtable, or Tableau
  • Understanding of process automation and operational efficiency
