The Campaign Manager will focus on driving marketing campaigns to promote the Secure Code Warrior platform and its secure coding training solutions.

Eligible from: US only

Job Description

Software development is changing fast, and code is no longer written by humans alone. Secure Code Warrior is the AI Software Governance platform that gives organizations visibility into how their software is created, strengthens developer capability, and reduces risk before code reaches production. Built on a decade as the world's leading secure coding training platform, we're trusted by enterprises worldwide. We're a venture-backed company with offices in Australia, the United States, Belgium, Iceland, and the United Kingdom.

Join Secure Code Warrior and help us in our mission to create a safer digital landscape. We’re empowering organizations to secure their software–no matter how the code is written!

Responsibilities

Why this role exists

AI is rewriting how software gets built — and how it gets secured. SCW is at the center of that shift, and growth is the engine that gets us there. This role is where strategy turns into motion: the person who takes a big idea and makes it real — on time, on message, and impossible to ignore.

We're not looking for someone to run through a checklist of tactics. We're looking for a builder — someone who gets energized by owning a campaign from the first idea all the way through to the results, who can rally a room full of collaborators around one sharp idea, and who cares as much about why a campaign worked as whether it shipped on schedule. If you love the puzzle of turning complex, technical stories into campaigns that actually move CISOs, security leaders, and developers to act — this is your seat.

What you'll actually do

  • Own the campaign calendar. Under the direction of the Head of Revenue Marketing, you'll own the complete view of everything marketing has in flight — every campaign, every launch, every big swing — and turn quarterly growth goals into a real roadmap – writing briefs that give every collaborator clarity on the objective, the audience, and what winning looks like.
  • Be the hub for a cross-functional team. You'll coordinate our GTM Engineer, Web Producer, Paid Media contractor, Partner & Customer Marketing contractor, Global Events Manager, Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, Product Marketing, and Communications. Great campaigns don't come from one person — they come from getting a lot of smart people rowing in the same direction.
  • Build and ship the work. You'll build and QA the digital tactics yourself — emails, landing pages, nurture flows, chatbot experiences, webinars — and partner with Product Marketing and Communications to make sure big product launches and announcements run smoothly.
  • Close the loop. You'll report on performance (pipeline influence, conversion quality, channel performance), run sharp retrospectives, and make sure insights  shape the next brief.
  • What awesome looks like

We care about quality over quantity. A few sharp, well-executed campaigns beat a dozen forgettable ones — always.

  • Real pipeline contribution, from new business and from the customers we already have
  • Conversion quality (MQL → SQL → opportunity) that shows the targeting and message were right, not just present
  • Briefs that are clear enough that execution never drifts from intent
  • Retrospective insights that visibly show up in the next campaign, not just the debrief doc
  • Tracking and reporting infrastructure you can actually trust
  • What you bring

  • Minimum 2 years experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns end-to-end — cybersecurity, dev tools, or technical SaaS backgrounds are a strong fit
  • Experience with executing full campaigns: brief → execution → closed-loop reporting, in a fast-moving, many-hands environment
  • Real hands-on chops in Marketo, Salesforce, and AI tooling in a GTM context
  • Strong project management instincts — but you lead with the campaign, not the Gantt chart
  • The ability to run multiple initiatives at once under real deadlines, without letting quality slip on any of them
  • Command of multiple technical personas (CISOs, AppSec leaders, developers, platform engineers) – you naturally adjust message and tone for who’s reading, not just what you’re saying
  • Sharp writing — you can brief clearly and translate technical, security-flavored ideas into messages that land with the right audience
  • Genuine fluency with AI tools as part of how you work day to day — drafting, iterating, synthesizing, automating repeatable stuff – this is a must, not a bonus
  • A head for data — you read the funnel, draw real conclusions, and adjust
  • Bonus points for

  • Experience marketing to security or technical buyers, or selling into regulated/compliance-heavy industries
  • Comfort supporting both net-new acquisition and expansion/customer marketing motions
  • Exposure to ABM programs or tooling
  • Having worked somewhere that treats AI-native or AI-assisted marketing ops as the norm, not the exception
