Teller applications serve as critical and heavily utilized tools. This project involves creating innovative user experiences, integrating back-end systems with multiple cores and ancillary applications, and delivering a modern, seamless, and user-friendly interface.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Independently facilitate complex business and data-gathering sessions with business and technology stakeholders.</li> <li>Analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions for complex enterprise integration projects.</li> <li>Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to support the implementation of API- and integration-based solutions.</li> <li>Create and manage&nbsp;<strong>Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria</strong>, and other Agile artifacts.</li> <li>Utilize tools such as&nbsp;<strong>Postman</strong>, SQL, and API testing tools to validate requirements and support solution delivery.</li> <li>Analyze and document RESTful API integrations, data mappings, and workflow processes.</li> <li>Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off.</li> <li>Partner with business users to ensure delivered solutions meet operational and strategic objectives.</li> <li>Leverage AI-enabled tools, where appropriate, to improve requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis efficiency.</li> <li>Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Mandatory:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to independently facilitate complex data gathering and design collaboration meetings.</li> <li>Proven track record of working with RESTful Services, APIs, Postman, SQL technologies, and UI-based applications.</li> <li>Experience delivering integration projects involving complex enterprise applications.</li> <li>Experience in creating epics, features and user stories. experience using some AI tool preferred.</li> <li>Experience conducting UAT and some exposure to teller applications</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology field.</li> <li>At least 3 years of business experience within the financial industries with prior exposure to Teller applications.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in branch banking operations.</li> <li>Understanding and application of Agile development methodologies.</li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of project lifecycle management best practices and controls.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the technology field is required.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Orion is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</p> <p>Candidate Privacy Policy</p> <p>Orion Systems Integrators, LLC and its subsidiaries and its affiliates (collectively, “Orion,” “we” or “us”) are committed to protecting your privacy.
