Position Summary

We’re seeking driven professionals ready to build strong client relationships, close sales with confidence, and grow into legal consulting through structured training and experience.

As a Client Follow-Up & Consulting Advisor, you’ll begin as a proactive Follow-Up Specialist (Hunter) — reconnecting with prospects who’ve had consultations but didn’t sign. Your mission will be to address questions, earn trust, and secure contracts. After demonstrating strong results and completing extensive training, you’ll advance to our Consulting Team, conducting personalized case analyses and guiding clients through the legal journey.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Client Follow-Up

- Proactively follow up with leads who haven’t signed yet, building relationships and trust.
- Make high-volume calls, handle objections, and resolve client concerns.
- Personalize communication to understand client needs and motivate next steps.
- Accurately record daily updates and client notes in our systems.
- Deliver warm, clear, premium service in every interaction.

Phase 2: Consulting Advisor (After training & successful performance)

- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess clients’ immigration status.
- Present clear, tailored case strategies and legal options.
- Maintain detailed records and case notes.
- Provide honest, premium guidance that reflects our firm’s values.
- Work closely with our legal team to ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.

Required Skills & Qualities

- Proven experience in sales, follow-up, or client outreach.
- Intermediate Google Workspace and computing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident speaking and persuasion skills.
- Legal writing knowledge is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish - English.
- Reliable, punctual, organized.
- Must be available to work weekends as needed.

Performance Goals (KPIs)

Phase 1:

- 120 calls daily, minimum 12 effective calls.
- Daily closures and updates tracked.
- Weekly: 10+ contracts signed, 10 referrals, 15 reviews.

Phase 2:

- 25 consultations handled weekly.
- 10 contracts closed weekly.
- Ongoing training hours (internal/external) and English practice.
- 40 hours tracked weekly.
