Associate Event Marketing Specialist (R3597)

This role supports the planning and execution of domestic and international events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing timelines, overseeing vendor communications, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role also assists in lead capture efforts, event reporting, and on-site support. It is similar to the current Events Associate position, but may carry greater responsibility in independently managing specific events or workstreams as we expand. This position is essential to maintaining quality and responsiveness as our event footprint grows.
