Qualifications:

1+ year(s) of retail management experience

Experience in training and managing a team

Experience in product management (inventory and visual merch)

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Decision-making and problem-solving skills

Able to work a flexible schedule

Capability to lift and carry boxes or bins weighing up to 20 lbs

Attention to detail

Great sense of style

 

Salary banding: $22-29.80/per hour
