Social Responsibility Reporting Lead

As our Social Responsibility Reporting Lead, you'll lead our global sustainability reporting program, environmental data strategy and carbon reporting, while building AI-powered systems that transform how we measure, manage and communicate our impact.

Working cross-functionally with teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Social Responsibility, you'll ensure our sustainability data is accurate, trusted and ready for an evolving regulatory landscape.

Lead Princess Polly's sustainability reporting program, delivering high-quality external disclosures including CDP, Textile Exchange and our annual Impact Report.

Build and optimise our AI-powered reporting hub, using automation to streamline reporting, improve data quality and create audit-ready processes.

Own our sustainability data governance, dashboards and reporting systems, ensuring trusted, accessible data across the business.

Lead our carbon reporting, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, Science Based Targets (SBTi) reporting and annual footprint verification.

Develop and evolve our Environmental Management System (EMS), using AI and automation to improve environmental data collection and reporting.

Monitor emerging sustainability regulations and help ensure our reporting continues to meet evolving global requirements.

Partner across Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and Social Responsibility to continuously improve sustainability reporting and performance.

Sustainability reporting is accurate, timely and audit-ready.

AI and automation simplify reporting and reduce manual processes.

Our sustainability data is trusted, accessible and drives decision making.

Carbon reporting and SBTi commitments are delivered with confidence.

The Social Responsibility team spends less time chasing data and more time driving impact.

6 years' experience in sustainability reporting, ESG, environmental data or a related field.

Experience leading or coordinating sustainability disclosures such as CDP, Textile Exchange, ASRS, TCFD, GRI or similar reporting frameworks. 

An understanding of carbon accounting, greenhouse gas reporting or environmental performance data.

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel, Google Sheets and data management systems.

Curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI and automation to improve reporting processes and solve complex problems.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across a global business.

Experience in fashion, retail or consumer goods is advantageous, but not essential.
