Lago is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Amazon Prime Exclusive Discount Support. This project-based role involves uploading prime exclusive, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday discounts into our client's Seller Central Account.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload Amazon Prime Exclusive Discounts through flat files into Amazon
• Review Upload to ensure discounts went through correctly and accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issue quickly.
• Gather feedback to improve discount offerings and customer experience.

• Previous experience in Amazon and with uploading flat files in regards to promotions.
• Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its features.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Highly organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience working in a project-based role or on short-term assignments.
• Understanding of promotional marketing or discount structures in online retail.
